Wally & Buck serves grass-fed smash burgers made with Oxbow Cattle Co. beef. Husband and wife Travis and Kelsey Walnum started the business, with Travis operating it since September 2014, and spent four years working from the truck before opening the diner. Wally & Buck has appeared on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and was voted best burger by Missoulian readers each year from 2019 through 2025.
