Competition barbecue from Tom Moua and Mary Hang, who founded Montana Q Bar-B-Que in 2009 after barbecuing for friends and family. The KCBS competition team serves slow-smoked ribs, pork, brisket and chicken, and won the 2014 Carnivores Classic Grand Championship and national rib titles at the Best in the West Rib Cook Off in 2018 and 2019.
